A nurse anesthetist by profession, DJ Ras Nico is also a Reggae and Dancehall DJ. Never afraid to go too deep, DJ Ras Nico's emotive reggae musical selections are his own therapy and for us, his listeners.
DJ Ras Nico has ended up with quite a mixed spectrum of musical influence. Today, this translates into sets where he picks apart and infuses together all the pieces of reggae music that he loves best: beautiful mixes, flowing seamless transitions, brooding basslines, and occasional vocal hooks… all on top of a pronounced foot-shuffling reggae mix which blends good positive roots and culture with elements of dancehall vibes.
